These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through Pretty Little Supplies by SK.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

🛍️ 2. PRODUCTS

We do our best to make sure that all product descriptions, photographs and prices on our website are accurate.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Product availability can change, and we reserve the right to update product information and availability.

💰 3. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£).

The price you pay will be the price displayed at checkout, together with any applicable delivery charges.

Payment must be successfully completed before your order can be processed.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

📦 4. ORDERS & DISPATCH

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

We aim to pack and dispatch orders the same day or the next working day, depending on what time the order is placed.

Orders placed later in the day may be dispatched on the following working day.

🚚 5. DELIVERY

We currently use Evri for delivery within the UK.

Evri delivery is usually 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

💕 6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

We want you to be happy with your order.

If you change your mind about an online purchase, you may have a legal right to cancel within the applicable cancellation period, subject to any legal exceptions.

Certain products, including personalised or custom-made items, may be exempt from the usual cancellation right where the law allows.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your legal consumer rights.

🎀 7. PERSONALISED & CUSTOM ITEMS

Where we offer personalised or custom-made products, please check all spelling, names, colours and other details carefully before placing your order.

Once production has started, personalised or custom-made items may not be eligible for cancellation simply because you have changed your mind, where permitted by law.

This does not affect your legal rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

📮 8. LOST, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect or an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and photographs where appropriate so that we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

We do our best to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date.

We may occasionally need to correct errors, update information or make changes to products and prices.

Any changes will not affect an order that you have already placed and that we have accepted, unless required by law.
