💗 FAST DISPATCH

We pride ourselves on getting your orders packed and posted as quickly as possible.

Orders are usually packed and dispatched the same day or the next working day, depending on what time your order is placed.

Orders placed later in the day may be dispatched on the following working day.

Please remember that dispatch time and delivery time are separate. Once your order has been handed to the delivery service, delivery times are outside of our control.

📮 DELIVERY

We currently offer delivery within the UK using Evri.

Evri delivery is usually 2–4 working days after your order has been dispatched.

Your delivery cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, any available tracking information will be provided.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

📦 LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

Although we always do our best to get your order to you quickly, postal delays can occasionally happen.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we will do our best to help.

💔 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We carefully check and package every order before dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or something is missing, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging where appropriate, so that we can investigate the issue and help resolve it.

💕 RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you wish to return an item, please contact us before sending anything back.

Your legal consumer rights are not affected by anything stated on this page.

Some products may have specific return conditions, particularly personalised or custom-made items.

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery or altered may not be eligible for a refund where permitted by law.
